Returns & Exchanges

If you are not pleased with your DOMI by Chloé purchase, we will accept exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order, we only offer refunds subject to the following conditions: 

• Refunds are applicable to full price items only.
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. 
• Return shipping is at the cost of the customer. 
• We are unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to change your size or style, we recommend you repurchase and return your original order for a refund in accordance to our return conditions.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed and unused, with original tags attached.
• Once your return has been received, please allow up to 5-10 business days for your return to be finalized. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed. 
• If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us at info@domibychloe.com, within 7 days from the date of delivery and we will process your exchange.
