Returns Policy

If you are not pleased with your DOMI by Chloé purchase, we will accept exchanges within seven (7) business days of the delivery date. Please note, we do not offer refunds, however, orders may be canceled only within 24 hours of the original purchase. 

• To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all tags attached.  
• Please mail your item to: 535 Flatbush Avenue, #301, Brooklyn NY 11225, United States. 
• Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we are not liable for parcels that are lost en route. 
• Once we receive your return your parcel will process within 5-7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm your exchange.
• Please note that only regular priced items may be exchanged, all sale items are final.
